Shipping policy

Orders are usually processed within two business days (excluding weekends, Australian public holidays and Christmas closure periods) after receiving your order confirmation email.

For orders placed after 12pm, processing will begin on the next business day.  You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. 

We endeavour to process and deliver your order as soon as possible, however delays may occur due to postal service problems, or other issues that are outside of our control.

  • We deliver to addresses in Australia (excluding P.O. Boxes).
  • We do not offer local pick up or international delivery.

2024 Christmas closure periods

We're taking a break for Christmas. Orders placed after Friday 13 December will be processed after Monday 6 January 2025.

Please be aware that your order may experience a slight delay in arrival as our couriers are especially busy during the festive season.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within three days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@auswoodcare.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
